Initial Case Review
Knowing the facts within the medical records will help you to understand the medical aspect, which will give you more time to better represent your client.
Merit Screens:
- We will review the records to assist you in determining if you should continue with the case. We will point out the strengths and weaknesses in the case. We will point out potential defendants and experts. We will let you know if there are any missing records.
Case Summary and Analysis:
- We will assist you in your story telling of the case by providing a comprehensive review and analysis of the medical records. It will include a narrative summary of the medical records; any pre-exisiting conditions; strengths and weaknesses in the case; summary of you client's diagnoses, treatment, testing, and procedures; identifying gaps in treatment; causation or prognosis; potential expert specialties to consider; explaining relevance of past medical history and co-morbidities; and explaining likely defenses.
Reviewing medical records can reveal:

Chronologies/Timelines

It will be table format or it can be customized to your needs. It will inlcude:

- source of the records
- key facts as they're recorded
- comments by the LNC
